Since the beginning of my career as a mechanical engineer, solving complex engineering problems using the finite element method has been both my job and my passion. Today, I have deep expertise in almost all critical modules of Ansys.

Steady-State Thermal

I have advanced experience in Steady State Thermal and Steady State Structural analyses in Ansys Workbench. I have contributed to design optimization by performing thermal stress, thermal expansion, and static structural performance analyses on complex parts. I obtain reliable results by effectively managing boundary conditions, mesh quality, and convergence settings. Thanks to these analyses, I have provided important data on material selection, weight reduction, and strength improvements in many projects.

Fluent (CFD)

I have advanced experience in Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulations in Ansys Fluent. I have successfully performed mixed fluid flow, heat transfer, turbulence modeling, and pressure drop analyses in numerous projects. By effectively managing mesh quality, boundary conditions, solution methods, and convergence controls, I obtain reliable and verifiable results. Through these analyses, I have made significant contributions to flow optimization, thermal performance improvement, and energy efficiency in products.

Explicit Dynamics

I have advanced experience with the Ansys Explicit Dynamics module. I have successfully performed high-speed collision, impact, drop tests, and nonlinear dynamic analyses in numerous projects. I achieve reliable results by effectively managing explicit time integration, appropriate material models (plasticity, damage, failure), contact definitions, and mesh strategies. Through these analyses, I have significantly improved the impact resistance, energy absorption capacity, and safety performance of products.

Autodyn

I have advanced experience in high-speed dynamic events, explosion, ballistic, and shock wave simulations in Ansys Autodyn. I effectively apply nonlinear material behavior, Equation of State (EOS), and failure models using Lagrangian, Eulerian, and SPH solvers. I have strong expertise in complex contact definitions, adaptive mesh, and energy management. Thanks to these analyses, I have successfully optimized the explosion resistance, ballistic performance, and high-energy collision behavior of products in many projects.

APDL (Mechanical)

I have over 7 years of experience in advanced scripting and automation using Ansys APDL (ANSYS Parametric Design Language). I develop custom APDL scripts for parametric model creation, complex finite element analyses, and cyclical optimization studies. I effectively manage user-defined element types, material models, boundary conditions, and post-processing routines in the classic Ansys Mechanical APDL environment. This allows me to automate repetitive analysis processes, saving time and significantly increasing project efficiency.

Static Structural

Ansys Mechanical’te Static Structural analizlerinde ileri seviye deneyim sahibiyim. Lineer ve nonlinear statik analizler yaparak gerilim dağılımı, deformasyon, güvenlik faktörü ve yorulma ön değerlendirmeleri gerçekleştirdim. Karmaşık montajlarda kontak tanımları, mesh kalitesi, boundary conditions ve malzeme modellerini etkin şekilde yöneterek güvenilir sonuçlar elde ediyorum. Bu analizler sayesinde birçok projede tasarım optimizasyonu, ağırlık azaltma ve yapısal dayanım iyileştirmelerine önemli katkılar sağladım.
